- Contact the traffic police helpline number to report the error.
- Send an email to the traffic police, providing details about the incorrect challan.
- Upon verification, the traffic police will cancel the challan.

- Check for a specific format shared by the traffic police on social media to guide you in filing a complaint if you receive an incorrect challan.
Fake Site of E Challan
Several fraudulent websites on the internet are posing as the official e-challan website, misleading the general public. Please be aware that these are not official websites, although they closely resemble the authentic site. Exercise caution when making payments, as these fake sites often use URLs that appear similar to the official e-challan website. It is crucial to be vigilant while conducting transactions and take prompt action against such fraudulent websites, such as filing a First Information Report (FIR).
