- None of the family members should be income tax payees.
- Only one pension is allowed per family, with exceptions for:
- A family member who is disabled by 80% or more.
- Individuals undergoing dialysis treatments for CKDU, those with severe mental retardation, and PLHIV receiving ART treatment.
